Whispers from the Past — Buckinghamshire in Black and White

A quiet black and white slideshow photographed locally in Buckinghamshire.

The old cemetery in Wooburn Green is a place I’ve returned to many times — overgrown, still, and full of character. The River Wye runs just in front of the graves, where six World War I headstones sit among trees and wildflowers. It’s one of those spots that feels made for monochrome — the textures, the silence, the sense of time standing still.
